to further study relevant contents of triz theory and training experiences of innovative method, dsic’s association of science & technology recently has organized the trainees in the innovative engineers training class to go study in shanxi taiyuan heavy machinery group co., ltd. (taiyuan heavy machinery ) and fenxi heavy industry co., ltd.( fenxi heavy industry), where relevant leaders attended the activity from the service centers of the association of science and technology of china and dalian association of science and technology.
during the study, mr. wang yulong from the enterprise innovation service center of the association of science of china introduced the work orientation and emphasis of enterprise’s associations of science and technology after the 9th congress of the association of science and technology of china. the trainees in the innovative engineers training class carefully listened to the successful case study given by an innovative method training teacher from taiyuan heavy machinery group co., ltd., and discussed learning experiences of innovative methods and problems in practical application. meanwhile, the two parties also exchanged corporate culture constructions, innovation method training ways and other works for the associations of science and technology. all trainees visited the corporate culture demo centers of taiyuan heavy machinery and fenxi heavy industry after the meeting.
it is one of key works for dsic’s association of science and technology to carry forward the study and application of innovation methods from now on. they shall organize study and training in different types to enable more and more scientific and technical personnel to comprehend and get hold of innovation methods, and improve their innovation capability so as to lay a more solid talent foundation for dsic’s independent innovations.
