on the morning of july 7, golden friend, the no.13 82,000dwt bulk carrier, was signed and delivered by shanhaiguan shipbuilding heavy industry co. (ssic) of dsic for frontline in norway. this is the third ship in the sery of eight ships being built for frontline and the second ship to be delivered in less than one month by ssic.
