dsic held the 2nd plenary session of the 3rd employees’ (members’) representative meeting triumphantly on aug. 7.
at the meeting, dsic gm yang zhizhong made a work report titled “aiming at the first class to promote boost and rolling up sleeves to work harder, assure completion of all yearly work tasks”. dsic chairman and party secretary liu zheng gave a speech.
in his work report, yang zhizhong made an overall summary on work achievements achieved in the first half year while defining production and operation objectives and key works in the second half year of 2017. first, pay close attention to production of military products, and spare no effort in building fine projects; second, seize limited market demand, and bag for orders positively; third, plan meticulously, and do well in production and technical preparation; fourth, focus on smart manufacture, and promote product r&d and engineering; fifth, enhance confidence, and continue to develop offshore engineering, ship repair/ demolition, and heavy industry; sixth, implement duty, and assure steady promotion of quality and safety; seventh, strictly carry out requirements of comprehensive budgeting, and lower cost and improve efficiency systematically; eighth, pay high attention to and implement “flexible” patrol checks and rectifications tier upon tier; ninth, tackle tough and overcome difficulties so as to turn shanghaiguan shipyard and dsic offshore engineering from loss to profit; tenth, adhere to a down-to-earth working style so as to do well in various basic management work proactively.
liu zheng stressed in his speech, in the first half year, dsic has implemented spirit of the csic working meeting in 2017 in earnest, and guided by “deepening reform, improving management, cost down and efficiency up, and assuring military products and thriving enterprise”, forging ahead with determination and tackling tough and overcoming difficulties, achieved certain achievements. against various work tasks in the second half year, he raised up ten requirements: strengthen the sense of mission, always stick to idea of “military product above all”; hold up the bottom line, seek for breakthrough in contracting new orders; put more pressure on ourselves and all affiliated enterprise should have the sense of crisis and urgency; seize the key points, gather every effort in lowering cost and improving efficiency; pay attention to top-level design, carry forward information-based and smart manufacture; go all out to assist shanghaiguan shipyard out of dilemma; practice “loyalty, profession and action” so as to promote career development with stronger party building; taking party building of the aircraft carrier project as a new example, lead dsic party building to another new height; keep promoting establishment of cadre(“passionate in personality, unequivocal in attitude and tough is working style”) and talent team; implement requirements of the central inspection groups and csic party group.
at the meeting, the resolution of “benchmarking for boosting up and development, tackling toughs to work harder, struggle for completion of all work tasks” was reviewed and passed.
