yan’s team listened a report on the company's basic situation and the development of military and civilian integration by zheng liu, chairman of the board and party secretary of dsic. also the team visited the enterprise culture exhibition center and went to the docks for detailed explanation of the conditions of the ships in building, such as the tonnage, performance, building procedure, cycle time, etc. the team and the dsic top management had a deep communication and wide discussion about the topical issues, such as the trend of international shipping and shipbuilding market, the impact to the shipping and ship owners by the ship technology innovation, the measures taken for the deep development of military and civilian integration in the northeast old industry base.
yan stated that the development of military and civilian integration as a national strategy is a big project required to be researched. he said that the special research is to provide references for other industries and areas, promote the implementation of relevant policies and drive the development of military and civilian integration amounting to big thing during the thirteen-five plan. yan expressed that dsic is the flag ship of china’s shipbuilding industry and the cradle of china’s naval ships and boats, possessing the tradition and base of the development of military and civilian integration. he also said that dsic in recent years has obtained the remarkable achievements and made an outstanding contribution to the building of national defence and the national revival. he hoped that dsic sticks to the innovation drive, continues to deepen the military and civilian integration and positively explores and drives the new mechanism and new model of the development of military and civilian integration to promote the core competitiveness constantly.
