it was a bright and beautiful day in beijing in march when the international women’s day memory and commendation conference was held in the small auditorium of the great hall of the people, where guan yinghua, dsic’s deputy chief engineer, was honored with a title of the national march 8 red flag bearer by the all-china women’s federation while the vlcc electrical design team of dsic design house electrical outfitting office being honored with that of the national able women civilization post.
