since its resumption of operation on 10thfeb 2020. dsic has persisted firmly to its annual target and ensured that the fight against the epidemic disease and production are carried out in parallel. dsic concentrated its efforts in tackling difficulties, organized the resumption of military projects carefully and also pushed forward the steady operation in all production lines.
at the current stage, dsic's military products were built in cross operation. affected by the epidemic disease, dsic met great difficulty in the production. to solve actual production problems, dsic responded actively, stipulated a detailed plan, allocated human resource reasonably, discussed carefully the feasibility of milestone plans, the difficult points for the delivery and how to prevent and control the epidemic disease during the inspection and delivery, provided free accommodation and protective device for non-local engineers who are quarantined after back to dalian, sorted out carefully the requirements of service providers, coordinated with relevant makers, optimized the staff configuration, followed up closely the policy change of the place where each service provider is located, urged the service provider to coordinate actively with all parties involved to come back to work, sorted out the list of materials in urgent need, contacted with the equipment makers through the supply department to guarantee the supply of materials in urgent need, prepared in advance the inspection of equipment when delivered to the plant, and prepared for aboard installation of equipment, ensured that the equipment will be inspected and installed aboard immediately after delivery.
each department will communicate proactively with the military representative and ensure that some equipment and insulation materials that shall be installed urgently are built in advance and inspected step by step, which guarantee that the equipment and cables are installed timely and insulation materials are installed neatly and elegantly, the work is carried out and finished in accordance with the standard and procedure. it will boost effectively the smooth transition and orderly implementation of each work process, and the inspection and acceptance are being carried out smoothly after resumption of the production.
